Posizione non centralissima ma abbastanza comoda. Centro benessere, piccolo ma funzionale. Buona colazione

In assoluto il letto terrificante: 3 notti in un letto non matrimoniale ( 1 piazza 1/2 ) assolutamente scomodo e lo staff voleva farmi credere che questo ero lo standard.......preso in giro! Wifi a pagamento in camera assenza frigobar in camera essendo una struttura nuova potevano risparmiarsi la moquette anni 70 antigenica....

Ottimo il servizio e la pulizia. Colazione abbondantissima e per tutti I palati. La piscina con spa permette un perfetto relax.

Non è posizionato vicino al centro, quindi bisogna sempre spostarsi con il taxi che in 5 min ti porta in centro.

Camere nuove e pulitissime, colazione ottima ( c'era addirittura salmone affumicato) e staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.

A great hotel, nothing was to much trouble we would stay again there breakfast was great, lots to eat and (booking.net was brilliant and helpful). We had no problems and the hotel was lovely and clean, good location. Would defiantly stay here again 5* thank you for a great weekend.

Would like robes in room and slippers so to go to swimming pool.

Room and bathroom. Mainly location was very close to my business.

The prerecorded Bird noise in lifts.

New and stylish rooms. Very nice staff. Great breakfast. I can strongly recommend this hotel.

The only point for improvment could be the gym. I had also been nice with free wifi in the rooms.

Galaxy Hotel was the perfect choice for us. Staff were exceptionally helpful/friendly at all times. The rooms were spotless and the pool/facilities were fantastic. It is right next to an enormous shopping centre which many food outlets aswell as shops. It is around a 10 minute walk into the Jewish district or 15 into the main square. Staff were particularly helpful with directions.

The only English speaking channel was the news on loop! A film channel would have been nice.

A new, clean and tidy hotel, with an esthetic and confortable equipment and furnishing. Big, confy bed. The swimming pool is quite small but it's big enaugh to relax. There's a jacuzzi, a sauna and a steambath. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are tasty and diverse.

Internet in the rooms is expensive and the Wi-Fi in the lobby is painfully slow.

I liked the design and newness of the hotel galaxy although a fair way out of the main town square. If you like walking though you can get to most things from this hotel. Any other trips can be easily organised by the hotel and taxis can be booked for your trip back to the airport leaving you to enjoy what time you have left of your trip. Breakfast not brilliant but there is enough of it to keep you going until lunch time. The rooms are spacious beds comfortable and the en suite shower was fabulous. Extremely clean though towels not very thick or soft. Would definitely stay at the galaxy again.

Distance from all attractions a bit of a disappointment as Booked.net mentioned it was close to city square. It was about an hours walk away. It was more geared to conference/business users though we were well looked after. Would have liked some sausages, bacon, tomatoes or mushrooms at breakfast.!

Great location, met our expectations. Decor and furnishing a plus. Breakfast very good.

Hudge minus... We spent one night in the hotel becouse we were traveling. In the hotel was a group of young people (about 192 per.). What we experienced this one night was a nightmare. Shouting, slamming doors, running, knocking on doors, phones, etc. No one even showed the initiative to control the situation. At the front desk told us that complaints can be submitted only manager (manager came to work at 9am!). Morning manager offered us compensation - free night (the same day we came back to home, we had over 500km).

Very very nice hotel in a great location, just walking distance to the main street containing many historical attractions and great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Warsaw. My family loved the pool and spa.

Very kind staff, good coffee, lovely spa area and fantastic massages, close to the town, possibility to get to the old town very fast

Everything was perfect service, breakfast, people are very heplful.

Close to the Jewish district, close to the Vistula river and a huge shopping mall.
